Can someone remove the text in this picture?

Open it in Gimp or similar. Slect the colour you want to fill (like black hair). Select paintbrush or spray and paint over the letters. Do similar o letters against background. Where the white lines appear on the background, magnify the image until you see individual pixels then paint them out individually if necessary, avoiding the white lines.
