Car vibrates when turning left.?

only when i turn left, my driver side front tire feels like its shaking, also when i go on the highway going 100KM/H the steering wheel shakes a little bit. i have also noticed that on grid roads the vehicle is a bit harder than normail to control. could the sway bar link cause this problem? cause i know i got a broken sway bar link but what else coould cause this to happen
